Silent Film Festival, a three-day celebration of
films, Fri.-Sun., Sept. 21-23, from the silent era (1895-1929), featuring
restored classics and new student films, presentations by restoration experts
and celebrities, and an Opening Night Gala at the
DCPA honoring French film archivist Serge Bromberg with a Lifetime Achievement
Award, with live piano accompaniment by Hank Troy.
