MARIA LOWENSTEIN LIVED AN EXCEPTIONAL LIFE  – Niza Knoll Gallery, 915 Santa Fe Dr., provides the ideal showcase for her son Henry Lowenstein, a long-standing pillar of the Denver theater community, to bring together this retrospective exhibition honoring the remarkable life and artwork of Maria Lowenstein. Acrylic and oil paintings and illustrations, ranging from somber depictions of the Holocaust to colorful architectural abstracts, portraits, and scenes from her life in Colorado and many travels will be displayed, along with selected theater set designs by Henry Lowenstein.
