CELEBRATE YOUR PATRIOTIC SIDE AS THE COLORADO SYMPHONY RETURNS TO CIVIC CENTER PARK on July 3 at 8p.m. for their only free parks performance of the summer. The evening’s festivities will include a spectacular light show and fireworks following the performance. Neighborhood celebrations, old-time reenactments, parking lot feasts and a raft of options for fireworks viewing offer plenty of opportunities to honor the red, white and blue however you please. For more information, see the article on page 9. Meanwhile, Denver parks continue to welcome local families to free evenings of music and film under the stars throughout the summer. For listings of July and August showings, see the article on page 16. Photo: Steve Crecelius for Visit Denver.
